Global B2B Group ("we", "us") is the controller of the personal data you submit through our contact, investor and lead-generation forms.
1. What we collect
- Identity data: name, company, country.
- Contact data: email, phone / WhatsApp.
- Investor data (where applicable): entity type, ticket size, notes to the board.
- Technical data: IP address, device, referrer, UTM parameters.
2. Legal basis
- EU / UK — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR · your consent, and Art. 6(1)(f) · legitimate interest to respond to your inquiry.
- China — PIPL · explicit consent.
- Japan — APPI · consent for handling and cross-border transfer.
- Korea — PIPA · consent.
- Singapore / Hong Kong — PDPA / PDPO · consent and reasonable purpose.
- USA — CCPA/CPRA · we do not sell personal information.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, evaluate investor allocations, or route your request to the right platform.
- To send transactional confirmations via Resend.
- If you opt in, to send occasional market and venture updates. You can withdraw at any time.
4. Sub-processors
Supabase (data storage, EU region), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (hosting/CDN). Cross-border transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
5. Retention
We keep inquiry data for up to 24 months from last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or an active engagement is in place.
6. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing support@globalmatchgroup.com. EU/UK data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel under contractual confidentiality.
